Founded in 1988, (T.W.L.E.), Texas Women in Law Enforcement, opened their membership to all women and men in the criminal justice field. This 501-C-3 tax exempt association provides:
| ♦ High quality training to all of the law enforcement community | | ♦ Public recognition of women as role models in law enforcement careers | | ♦ Communication links among law enforcement officers for the exchange of information and ideas | | ♦ Community service projects to foster a positive relationship between law enforcement and the public we are dedicated to protect and serve |
This is partially achieved through our Annual Training Conference, which offers TCLEOSE approved training on a variety of topics presented by experienced instructors. Just as importantly, it also offers an opportunity to network with officers from other agencies throughout the state of Texas.
